Slicing a sweet potato into thin fan like slices is FUN. Sharpen your knife, google various tried and tested methods on how not to cut the whole way down. Try not to use butter. This is AIP – use ghee or avacado oil or a good EVOO. Smother in garlic and herbs. Go wild.
