So I’ve mentioned before that when it comes to cassava flours then Ottos Naturals is my favorite so far. Trouble is if you are in the UK, you have to get someone traveling from the States to bring it to you – or order it and pay a bit extra for the shipping and duty etc. But it really is worth trying to get your hands on some.
This recipe comes straight from their website ottosnaturals.com and is for a crusty french bread recipe. I made it in a loaf tin as opposed to baguettes, but the crust was crusty and the bread was bread like, maybe slightly cake like in texture, but it toasted great and was a real treat!
