It looks like I’ve been on a slight bread tip lately! Maybe it’s the change in weather, autumnal soups are being made, stews and even the odd mild curry. So I needed something to dunk.
I discovered a great website called cook2nourish.com where the lovely Indira has loads of great recipes, many AIP. Check it out.
Again, using cassava flour, these chapatis were born. I didn’t have water chestnut flour so left that out which didn’t seem to matter, I just used one cup of cassava flour instead – I will be trying them with that flour though soon.
Watch the video that shows Indu cooking the chapatis here
Ingredients:
2/3 cup cassava flour
1/3 cup water chestnut flour
1 cup boiled water approx
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs olive oil
If you fancy, you can finish lem off with a spreading of ghee.
Enjoy!
