This was an easy throw together meal for breakfast!
Ingredients:
5 x pork chipolatas
1 x large onion
1 x celery stick
4 x garlic cloves
4 x mushrooms
2 x carrots
3 x good handfuls if chopped kale
1 x large handful of spinach
4 x brocoli florets
1/2 litre of chicken stock/broth
coconut aminos
mixed dry herbs – mace, oregano, thyme, basil
Fry the onions on a low heat for five minutes, then add celery, carrots, garlic and cook for further five minutes. Then add the sausages (I cut each sausage into three). Keep stirring a while until sausages get some colour. Now add herbs (a pinch of each) and a splash of aminos. Add the stock and then add the broccoli florets – cut these into small pieces. After a few minutes add the kale. Let simmer on low heat for about ten minutes. Lastly add the spinach – let wilt.
