It’s September and Autumn is here! I’m still glad it’s a gorgeous sunny day here in London Town but let’s mark the start of the season with a hearty squash soup and some grain free rolls.
Since my friend brought me over from the States some Otto’s Cassava flour – I’ve been in love. I use cassava flour all the time but this make is something else. So bread rolls was on the agenda today.
I got the recipe from cookituppaleo.com and made just half the ingredients. The dough was a little sloppy to start so I added in more flour and they turned out fine. There was not much rising going on but the rolls were tasty as, slightly cake like, but great warm dipped into soup.
I will be going back to this recipe again when the need for something bready creeps in!!
