Banana bread – I love it. It’s that healthy sounding snack that’s oh so damn good with a ton of sugar in it or packed with chocolate chips, but c’mon, this is an AIP blog!
This recipe does contain some coconut sugar and eggs, both of which I am not opposed to using every now and again and the results are worth it. It is grain free, gluten free and oil free but tasty as hell and full of protein. I only used four eggs and it came out moist and delicious.
